Design building contract working with Ridgeline Contracting. This building was designed to be Net Zero ready utilizing steel insulated panels for building envelope.
Structural assessment of the existing masonry and wood superstructure of the Foremost School and remedial action design where structural integrity was in question. Facade was modernized, and coated with a spray cork application.
